I did it again. I set my alarm clock for 6 pm instead of 6 am. Luckily for me, I woke up close to 8 am, but unfortunately, I missed today's boot camp :? And I am still horribly unrefreshed. I think I just need a few nights where I can get 7 straight hours of sleep. And this morning, I started off with following the meal plan. I felt really stuffed by the time I was finishing the food. Now I can't tell if I am getting hungry again or not. Time to do some work. Or pee. Or something. |

In the European system you could not do that, we have 18:00 instead of 6:00pm :D
