I took a Wild Alaskan salmon oil pill today. Man, those things are HUGE! I hate knowing when a pill is going to go down sideways. I hope I stick with them. Those salmon oil burps, though...hmm.... This week I haven't been to the gym or stretching and my back is achy and my neck is tight again. :roll: Ugh. Last night I saw some family friends, too. They were living out east and have decided to retire here. They're a nice and interesting couple. Maybe I like talking to them because they ask me the typical grown-up kid questions. Maybe they talk to me like a regular person because they have no kids. :lol: I am back to dreaming of living and working in London again. There is nothing here tying me down!! But my current debt is probably a small obstacle. Tonight is my work Christmas party. I tried on my dress this morning, and it's a little loose. Actually, a lot of the pants I was finding a little tight are now a little loose. That's good!! But I still want to have that athletic look. I need to make a quick trip home before my hair appointment. I hadn't planned on doing that but I left some stuff at home. I think leaving at 2 would be good. I know I will look nice tonight. I'll be looking even better in the near year! :lol: All that teeth bleaching and waxing will be all done. Holy moly, tomorrow I am seeing that astrologist. Tomorrow night, the core will swing by Airy and Raaanco's new pad before we all go out to celebrate mine and the S Man's birthdays. I wanted to go to a cougar bar to end off the night, but it's closed down, darnit! I'm still thinking about meaningless sex even though I vowed to never get into it again. I probably wouldn't enjoy it anyway. And I was even tempted to contact someone from my past, but I won't. The repurcussions that could arise afterwards should be keep me in place in the meantime. *smack* Bad Rosie! :lol: |

Do you know how I *don't* enjoy being cold??! Brrr!! And no, I won't go back in the past...I am about moving forward; oh yes, I am!!
Salmon oil pills will keep my (bad) cholesterol levels nice and low in the long run. My mom has been taking them for years!

Fish oil - I take those. I take 6 a day...

Meaningless sex. It always means something - you just don't necessarily realize it until later. It's sort of like Chinese food - it sounds really good and it might even taste good, but it leaves you totally unsatisfied 20 mins later...

6 fish oil a day??! How long have you been taking them? Have you noticed anything different?
