Sometimes I get these headaches. If I don't take care of them right away, they are pretty much uncontrollable. I haven't quite figured out what causes them. I'm not sure if my most recent one was related to my accident? Anyway, yesterday at the end of my work day, I felt one coming on, but I just ignored it. By the time I got home, my head was pounding! I ate, watched some TV, and couldn't take it anymore. I was in bed by 8:30 pm. Taking one Tylenol did nothing. My head hurt so much I felt I was going to puke! My head still hurts, but only a little. I wonder if it was my sinuses...or maybe a mild migraine? I don't know. :roll: Ugh, headaches! |

Ouch!
I know how ya feel. My wife gets them once in a while and all she can do is go to bed...then I have to be very quiet not to disturb her.

Are you good at being quiet? :) I know my phone rang at some point, but luckily I was out of it and it didn't keep me up!

ok, my kids just laugh at me because I should have stock in this product.....UNKERS.......it is a deep penetrating pain relief (salve).....all natural ingredients.....it covers any pain....I found this at a little boutique....and then I ordered it through the internet. I use to be on migraine meds, and I haven't had a migraine in well over a year.....I gave all my kids some, and a lot of my friends and church friends use it.....but anyway, I just thought I'd tell you about it....it is very relaxing, I use it before I go to bed, rub it on my forehead and I relax right to sleep.... I sound like a billboard...

I'm going to see if I can find it in Canada...I absolutely hate taking meds, so if there is anything else out there for me, I will try it! I hope it's not stinky :)

Oh! I have ones like this too! They start as a very very dull throb at the base of my neck and then explode to take over my entire head.

I have winter allergies too, so I have had sinus headaches lately.
Yuck.
I try to do stuff naturally, but short of doping myself up and/or living in a plastic bubble I don't know the answer!

The only thing I've heard to help with sinuses is drinking water! I don't know much more water I can drink!!!
