I hate that when ppl have more items then they should in the express lanes..and standing with 1 item..I have let ppl go ahead of me with only 1 or 2..but that is me..lol..oh I want to see The Producers..love Uma Thurman.Have a good day^-^..and thanks for you nice comment on my blog. posted by: wiccachicky (reply) post date: 12.29.05 (10:00 am) Oh I hate people who do that! I'm like, dude, you are NOT qualifying for the express lane here. Those people almost always write a check too which ends up slowing the line down even further! posted by: jennjr (reply) post date: 12.29.05 (5:29 pm) One of my biggest peeves in the world are people with literally a wagonload of groceries who won't let someone with three or less things cut ahead of them. It makes me nuts. I always offer cuts in line... Even ~MORE~ annoying? People who can't use the self check-out. Dude, if you can't find the bar code on ANY product (any of the 12,000 of them!!) you should NOT be trying to check yourself out of the supermarket! Notthat I'm bitter or anything... *giggle* posted by: kreativekat (reply) post date: 12.30.05 (5:52 am) good for you for saying something to him. When I was a cashier in a grocery store. I wouldn't care so much if it wasn't busy if a someone had a couple more items. but when we were busy I would tell my customer that next time he should go to the regular line. it's just not kool to do stuff like that.. It wasn't so much the number of items. To me it was if it can be in a basket then it was good to through express. posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 12.30.05 (7:16 am) Reply to: sweetsue I highly recommend The Producers :D Go see it!! posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 12.30.05 (7:34 am) Reply to: userfriendly Sometimes I pay at the service counter, if I have things don't require a scale. But this store is a little different!! Maybe I would have been nicer to the dude if he let me go ahead of him!! I have the worst luck when it comes to choosing lineups. posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 12.30.05 (7:35 am) Reply to: wiccachicky I am soooo glad that it's rare for people to write cheques here at the supermarket. I remember when I worked at a clothing store that we'd always have to ask for all sorts of ID and then call banks and stuff. ugh! posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 12.30.05 (7:36 am) Reply to: jennjr BWAHAHAHA Self checkouts haven't caught on here yet...I think I'd be scared to use it if there wasn't anyone else around! posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 12.30.05 (7:48 am) Reply to: kreativekat Cashiers are usually so courteous to customers with too many items in an express lane!! I couldn't let him get away with it!! |
