They are awesome. Now I don't waste pasta or over eat. Also, the 3 meals plus 2 snacks is still a good idea. May be you ended up with your final meal/snack too late in the day. If you have a snack at 3:30 or 4:00 pm, you'll eat less for your final meals of the day. So I have been told by the good people at my gym. I lost weight from doing that.. (and we can't forget about the added stress too). 150 i think is a good weight. us girls need to stop following hollywood standards, we would all be much happier. posted by: supremeanna (reply) post date: 03.25.06 (8:01 am) I used to weigh myself every week, but it got majorly depressing and so I stopped. Now, I just to try to eat less...mostly I cut out meat, coz that's the main portion of my fat intake. Don't know how much your shoes will affect the scale, maybe if they're like combat boots or something, it might do something, but i'm not sure if sneakers or related make much of a difference. when i weigh myself, i do it naked...whoa, too much info there! I know everyone's weights are always fluctuating, so I am just going to weigh myself once a week at the same time of day. I think dieting is for the birds; it's hard! I just tend to avoid certain foods (like junk and deep fried stuff) and eat everything else in moderation. |
