Mr. Lips and I met up for a coffee date last night. I am tired. We were on the phone for a couple of hours the night before, so I had gotten only 4 hours of sleep. I also worked out yesterday. So this morning, I slept in. The date was short and sweet. We're going to get together again on Friday. My thoughts...he seems shy? Introverted? But the kind of guy who'd go for what he wanted. The conversation wasn't uncomfortable but it wasn't one of those where we couldn't stop talking. I think he was checking me out a lot. He looks fit but has a smaller frame than I am used to. I guess we'll see how things pan out! My legs are really sore today. Holy geez. And you know what else is ironic? I've had two people say to me on MSN today, "So listen..." |

So listen, why do you call him "Mr.Lips"? Did you feel any chemistry? What appeals to you about him? And other than his frame, any other possible negatives?

Oooh, there was definitely chemistry. He's Mr. Lips because I just kept looking at them. BWAHAHAA I'm still just really getting to know him better. We've done a lot of talking but not a whole lot about him. He gives me the impression that we'd be sexually compatible, though!! And he's highly educated has done variety of things, job-wise. No glaring negatives just yet. Hopefully the conversation will flow a lot more! One thing he said that threw me off for a bit was that he prefers younger women, like in their mid-20s. I, of course, no longer fall in that category!

The fact that he would say that he prefers women in their mid-20's would require me asking him "Why's that?" (and then let him hang himself in the reply) That's a GLARING red flag for me:
either: he's emotionally immature, feels the need to compensate by having a 'younger woman', or needs to feel like he's BMOC. I can't think of one reply that would make it a reasonable comment to make.
Perhaps you should reply next time that you only date men that are well-hung and thick. MWAHAHAHA

I asked him why he preferred younger women but we never got to the bottom of it. He says they have more energy and are less likely to have kids -- fair enough. But I think it's a physical thing for him. He said being fit and healthier was more important than age, in a woman. What's BMOC?
I hate when guys mention their preferences and I don't fall into the categry.
I did mention to him that I don't usually date older guys. He's 5 years older than I am!!!

Yes! I got your email, thanks! I am going to email you back!! I'm not sure what our next date is going to be...either some food or a movie. He gets off work at 9, and the only day off we have in common is Sunday! That is kind of lame. But at least it's not a huge deal!!
