I think Nelly Furtado is setting a bad example. She's a mom and singing about being promiscuous. Is promiscuity something to encourage? Well, maybe if she was encouraging safe promiscuity, it would be better. I'm not saying just because you're a mother, you have to be oppressive and become asexual, but I think leading by example is a good way to live. I also saw her perform this song on So You Think You Can Dance. Up until that point, I did kind of like the song. Then I thought the song was boring. The same thing happened with Natasha Beddingfield's latest song. I liked it, too...until I saw her perform it. I'm on my roll with Big Brother, too. Jase has such a beautiful body!! This is going to be an exciting season. |

Yeah big bro is going to be interesting. for sure.. Marcellas marcellas is just too funny. I loved how he said in the the show "your asking me to choose between allison and danielle.. That's like asking me to choose between gonorhea and chlamydia.. I don't want neither!! " LOL

Rosie , I thought the song was just crap and seeing it performed was just an affirmation .
Sex sells.
And it's being pushed at us 24-7.
I am getting more discerning in what I will listen to , and I am glad the market has so many sounds to listen to.I can always find something to get my groove , or reflect on.
I just can't stomach hip-hop.I'm just gettin to be an old coot I suppose !

Oh I am so glad BB is on! But what the hell is up with Janelle's nose? Or her whole face for that matter? Did it look like that last season? She looks like she's been carved out of cream cheese or something. I need to blog about this, because no matter how hard I try not to like her...I do. Oh and I agree about Nelly F. I also feel that way about Guinn Stefani, I mean c'mon she's pushing 40 and bragging about not being a 'hollaback girl'...grow up girls!

I think it's wrong for anyone to look at musical artists or movie stars, etc as a role model. It's about as fake as one can get.
However, with Nelly, Shakira and the PCD's, it gives me inspiration to work out a little harder. I want to be Shakira when I grow up.

I used to really dislike hip hop, but ever since I started taking dance classes, I've been listening to it more. I can never actually hear the lyrics though. I've never been good at picking out lyrics!

Whenever I see music videos with hot bods, I wonder how long it took them to achieve those bodies...and how much time they spent with trainers and cooks. I want one of those bodies!!

I've always loved Janelle! I think she looks her same fake self from last season. BWAHAHAHA Nakomis' reaction to the other girls going into the house was kind of funny. She considered it being all the pretty girls -- and her.
