It's almost over

The mercury retrograde is almost done! A couple more people I saw again included this guy I went to elementary school with. I just remember he had a hard time transitioning to the school, and he got picked on a lot. I don't remember if he even went to my high school. And then last night, this guy that used to work at my company sent me a message on one of the dating sites.

Actually, he was quite high up here. And I thought he was hot.

I heard from Mr. Lips. He hasn't really been memorable for me. Of course, he didn't mention this past Monday. And he hasn't called since he got back from his stag weekend. He said he would call me tonight. I don't want to talk to him though.

My chest is still a little tight when I do cardio. Ugh. I also feel a little dizzy when I wake up in the mornings. I wonder if it's because I'm not eating enough or what. I am not liking the numbers I see on the scale. Why do I put on muscle faster than losing fat?? UGH! I look leaner and more defined, but I'm still wider than I'd like to be. I don't want that muffin top!!

Have you had a check up recently?Blood tests and what not?

You aren't asthmatic are you?

I am touched by your concern :) I think my overall health is related to nutrition and sleep. I'll take better care of myself over the next while and look for the changes! And no, I am not asthmatic :-)

I've been working out more and more but the scale hasn't budged much. Know how frustrating it is. I have fantasies of waking up and stepping on the scale and seeing my body fat drop 10% overnight. Or beating the hell out of my scale. Either one would be satisfying.

Are you increasing the intensity of your workout to cause the tightness? Keeping track of your pulse? Been advised to eat protein and carbs (wild rice) 2 hours before working out for the energy. Not sure if it helps me but I do what I'm told.

I keep hearing that diet is the biggest things if you want to lose (or gain, I guess) weight. I guess I am doing things the slow way. I want to see a dietician when I get back from my upcoming trip.

I could probably push myself a little harder in the gym. So I've been using that heart rate monitor, but I don't even know what to do with the data...BWAHAHAA
