Maybe getting outta there would be a good thing. posted by: themarina (reply) post date: 08.02.06 (7:20 pm) Sounds like it's time to move on. posted by: FitGirl (reply) post date: 08.03.06 (6:16 am) That is not good for your team moral, having a new boss every week... stressful! I think that the stress is motivation enough to update your resume! You deserve more then a revolving boss. This leaves you with no one to help you develop your career or helping you with your own personal and career growth. That's not a healthy work environment! Good Luck finding something better! posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 08.03.06 (7:40 am) Reply to: LadyG Yeah, I haven't felt settled since my first manager left. He was canned, and he had been my manager for almost 5 years. I can't take any more of these changes! posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 08.03.06 (7:41 am) Reply to: katz It's not just managers changing all the time, a lot of the senior employees are leaving. We have one person leaving each week, it seems! posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 08.03.06 (7:42 am) Reply to: themarina It's almost embarrassing how long i've been saying it's time to move on since I haven't done anything about it. posted by: FitGirl (reply) post date: 08.03.06 (7:43 am) Reply to: rosietulips I don't think morale's been that great for a while. We had layoffs after layoffs and then a whole bunch of new people came in. |
