1. The P Man

He wanted to know why I blocked him from my MSN, so I told him:

Because P Man...I have nothing to say to you.
We dated. You were a liar, a cheater, and a big jerk.
I don't want anything to do with you again.
Even though you say you've changed, I know that's a crock of shit, too.
You'll say anything to charm someone. Unfortunately, I believed you!

So take care and good bye!

He replied saying he thought I could forgive him. I guess I hadn't, but I don't understand why he couldn't move on. But it sounds like he will leave me alone for good now.

2. Cute Butt Boy

We had a conversation that has provided me with closure. I am really thankful for that. We were both on the same page. We were both attached, and we both knew that he wouldn't be able to provide the kind of commitment I want right now. So...moving right along...

3. IKEA guy

I think he is getting a little frustrated that we haven't met. But I am not into him enough to make the time for him. I also found out that not only does he have no phone or car, but he also doesn't have Internet access at home!

4. Date on Saturday

He has no nickname yet. This will be a new experience. He's someone I don't know well at all, yet I've known of him for many years. I already think I am not going to find him physically attractive. I also know he doesn't want a long-term relationship right now. He was also never on my radar.

I guess that is about it. I talked on the phone with this one guy on the weekend who said he'd call me again to make a date. Bzzzt. Wrong move. I will take it as disinterest since he didn't make the date when he had the chance.

Date on Saturday guy sounds promising. Over the years I've started to notice that people that I've known for a long time and had never been on my radar get more and more attractive as time goes on and once in a blue moon, I wish I were still single.

I have a coworker who says sometimes she wishes she was single just to meet new people. I've learned that it really does take time to get to know someone well. Unfortunately, first impressions really matter!

No, he's French! I can't remember how long he's been here, but he's from France and living like a minimalist, I guess! I definitely don't see anything longterm with him right now, but he seems like a nice guy. They all seem like nice guys but not for me :-/

Being recently single, I totally can relate to this post! :)

My advice, give Saturday date guy a chance, even if he doesn't blow your socks off in the looks department. You might be pleasantly surprised!!! (I mean, look at me? I'm now dating (and falling for, pretty bad!) a guy I met in a parking lot! ...Who I didn't even find attractive at all, I wanted his more muscular friend! LOL)

PS... I love what you said to P Man. He sounds like a real dolt!

Your guy looks pretty good! His friend must have been gorgeous!

With the P Man, I was always direct when he pissed me off. I think he liked that I stood up for myself but hated that I actually did it. BWAHAHAHA It's so easy to be direct when someone pisses me off!! Love it!
