World's shortest fairy tale
09.07.06 (9:39 am)   [edit]
Once upon a time, a girl asked a guy,

"Will you marry me?"

The guy said,  "No"; and the girl lived happily ever after and went
Shopping, dancing, drank lemon drop martinis, always had a clean house, never
had to cook, stayed skinny and farted whenever she wanted.

The End

Wow. Even though I'm basically married, I fit that description to a t except for the skinny part and the never having to cook.... ;)

Several examples of why I did NOT hate single life ;)

My sister always told me to "Enjoy being single while you can, cause sooner then later, it'll be gone, and you'll be cleaning poopie diapers and making dinner going "What was so bad about being single???"

LOL

She's SO right!

Um, I am missing the house stayed clean part of the picture... I was jipped.

I think the fairy tale should be "She and her vibrator lived happily ever after."

BWAHAHAA I am definitely living that life! I wouldn't mind a bit more shopping...

I love the freedom of being single, but it'd be nice to have a rock sometimes (and I don't mean a diamond...more like someone I can depend on *L*)

I'm glad I'm not cynically single (yet)!

My home is a mess, too. I've seen ads on Craigslist from guys who want to be hired to clean in the nude. :-/

Somehow the appeal of a nekkid guy cleaning my house does nothing for me. With my luck, the good cleaners would be really fat hairy guys with bad teeth and boobs bigger than mine.
