Last night, I went to Mr. Nick's place, and we were in bed less than 15 minutes after my arrival. We hardly even had a conversation. BWAHAHA

We've been just exhausted. It was really good to get 8 hours of sleep.

I would have gladly slept in my own bed last night, but I wanted to get him a cheque. He's sweetly offered to pick up my order of protein powder and Udo's oil. The guy's office hours are 9 - 5 M -F, making it really inconvenient for me to drop by his office.

I'm trying to figure out what has caused my latest weight gain. Who can I go to help me out with this kind of stuff?? Should I see a dietician?? I've probably never had this much muscle before, but I am not getting a slimmer physique like I want. I think I may have done something to my metabolism (combined with natural aging...BWAHAHHAAA)

I'm also thinking of doing a cleanse one of these days.

A cleanse is something I've been thinking of doing for a while but with so many out there, I'm just not sure which one to go with. If you decide to do one, let me know which one you pick. I'd love to hear how it goes.

There are so many out there that is confusing. A friend just bought some package where all he seems to be eating is their supplements and drinks, hard boiled eggs, and almonds. He is really hungry, but it seems like he is really releasing a lot of crap (no pun intended!) from his body.

YES! Sleep!! How does protein powder help me gain weight? It's all fat free!

I think there are different types. I am definitely *not* taking stuff specific for weight gain!

Let's see... I'm not having sex and have been losing weight. You have been having sex and you're gaining.

There's your problem. ;)

If I didn't lift weights, I probably wouldn't be consuming protein shakes, but they really help, especially if taken before workouts.

Just sleep????? Something doesn't sound right! ;)

If all you do is lift weights (not a lot of cardio) then a protien powder will help you build muscle... not lean you out. Remember protien is what muscles is made out of.

BWAHAHA Yes, just sleep. We were up late the night before ;-)

Do you think I should up my cardio?? When I was doing the protein shake thing, I was lifting weights about 3 times a week and doing little cardio, but I was getting leaner.
