I have never heard the term "digging" for what you are referring to in my life! LOL As far as the "ghost" comment... yeah, your friend was out of line. That's very rude! Some people have no tact! I'm glad Mr. Nick and you are still having fun together :) posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 10.05.06 (1:30 pm) Reply to: FitGirl15 Digging comes from Digg dot com. It's a site sort of like Slash dot. It links to articles or whatever that people "Digg." It's recently grown in popularity but still quite new. The girl is a little annoying when it comes to dating. She likes dating Chinese guys, the FOBbier, the better. posted by: katz (reply) post date: 10.05.06 (2:04 pm) yeah i've been called ghost before too, when i was with V. It's the only chinese word i really recognize. Didn't really like it. posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 10.05.06 (2:14 pm) Reply to: katz I would prefer to not use it. My older relatives still use it. PCness was not so required back in the day! posted by: themarina (reply) post date: 10.05.06 (2:25 pm) I've never heard that term before. As for the digging thing, I don't blame you for not doing it. People like that really irk me. posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 10.05.06 (2:31 pm) Reply to: themarina If you ever here "gwai", it means ghost... "gwai lo" is ghost man (for a white male), "gwai po" is ghost woman, "gwai jai" is ghost boy, and "gwai mui" is ghost girl. Everyone can have a title! posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 10.05.06 (2:57 pm) Reply to: breakouttheglass I've never called anyone a cracker. Where did that come from?? posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 10.05.06 (3:04 pm) Reply to: breakouttheglass I know what you meant! BWAHAHA But when I hear cracker, I think of Premium Plus saltines. Is that supposed to be the association? posted by: apyjo (reply) post date: 10.05.06 (6:26 pm) I have called myself a zesta before...with brie. Cause I don't tan at all....*grin* posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 10.06.06 (8:18 am) Reply to: apyjo What is a zesta?? My super powerful Google powers have failed me :'( posted by: apyjo (reply) post date: 10.06.06 (9:16 am) White cracker ( the original one -- white as all get out), made by those darned cute and vertically challenged Keebler elves. Since I don't tan, topped with brie is an apt description of extreme nordic Euro-ethnicity . Probably more Celtic than anything... posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 10.06.06 (10:55 am) Reply to: apyjo That is an interesting tidbit of info. BTW, I love brie! posted by: apyjo (reply) post date: 10.06.06 (11:29 am) me too. Brillat Savarin is my fave. igourmet sells it . Delicious diet busting creaminess beyond your wildest imagination. But I digress... * grin* pretty much my basic skin tone.... posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 10.06.06 (1:53 pm) Reply to: apyjo I hardly buy cheese though. It goes bad before I can eat it all! Usually I just want a bite. |
