LOL :-) That certainly would make an interesting fragrance combination to say the very least!! (really laughing out loud) BTW...My new job is going pretty good, thanks for asking. I was a little nervous about it for a while though because I wasn't used to being the "new kid on the block." I lucked out though because everyone I work with has been very kind and friendly. SO...if your new job has the same nice people mine has, you should be ok :-) posted by: apyjo (reply) post date: 10.16.06 (6:15 pm) coffee sounds good though...although I am such a fiend tha if I smell it at night I have to fight the urge to drink some.I have a low caffeine threshold ( drinking past 6 PM keeps me up until 2 in the morning with palpitations)... Onions r good , but ssmelling like them I'd pass... posted by: kayoko (reply) post date: 10.16.06 (6:34 pm) febreeze! =) That's the thing with cooking in the house. The moment you start cooking things, garlic is baaaaaaaad, the whole house smells and the smell just soaks into fabric. I suppose opening a window helps but not really. Reminds me that I want to get an apron one day, but I don't really want to look like an idiot with an apron in front of my housemates. Grrrrr... posted by: lynne (reply) post date: 10.16.06 (6:48 pm) OH man, my polish grandmother used to make some serious perogies with onion. MMMMM posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 10.17.06 (8:27 am) Reply to: themarina The smell of onions really lingers in an apartment. I am most worried that there will be a lot on my plate since I'll be the only technical writer! posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 10.17.06 (8:29 am) Reply to: apyjo I'm really sensitive to caffeine, too! I definitely avoid coffee at all costs. If I have some, I tend to not get good sleep for a couple of nights. posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 10.17.06 (8:30 am) Reply to: kayoko I think an apron would be adorable! Don't mind those roomies *L* I opened the windows for a bit, but I should have done it while I was cooking. D'oh. posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 10.17.06 (8:31 am) Reply to: lynne I only get the frozen perogies from the supermarket :( |
