I think you are lucky, i's not like he's pulled the plug on your MSN from your work computer all together. I have friends that MSN at work... personally I would never get anything done if I could sit and chat with all my friends on company time!!! But maybe that's my problem! PS... he is the boss. I guess if he wants to surf YouTube on company time, he can... He's the one that will suffer in the long run. (But I know what you mean. I do hate hypocrites too!) posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 12.04.06 (8:18 am) Reply to: Fitgirl I guess I am a little more productive when I am not MSNing, but for me, it's also a little relaxing since I pretty much only leave my desk at work for bathroom breaks. Everyone around here just works with their head down! MSN is helpful when some people are working at home, but it's definitely not needed in the office when everyone's here. We don't even have cubes or offices! posted by: apyjo (reply) post date: 12.04.06 (8:43 am) Hypocracy isn't pretty, aye?! posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 12.04.06 (9:01 am) Reply to: apyjo I'll just be more discrete when the urge to MSN comes up :-p posted by: themarina (reply) post date: 12.05.06 (1:56 pm) That seems weird and sounds to me like a bit of a double standard... posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 12.05.06 (2:16 pm) Reply to: themarina It totally is a double-standard! But what I can I do...he's my boss. It'd be easier if I was in a big company and just a number! I want my anonymity back! |
