02.21.07 (11:40 am)   [edit]

The type of blog entry I just posted...I hate them.

I hate having such feelings and going on and on about them. I just knew what has been triggering my feelings and what I can do to feel better.

Maybe I just need to do something for me, guilt-free. I feel like I am working around everyone else.

You definitely need to 'pencil' in some ME time for yourself ;)

The gym used to be the perfect me time. I still love going, but I have to rush my workouts to get to work at a decent time. BWAHAHAA And I don't want to wake up at 5 in the morning to go work out, either.

Maybe I should use that gift certificate to the spa from my friends sooner rather later!!

The spa? Hell YA! That's exactly what you need. I say book that appointment...TODAY. heh.

I've been trying to save that gift certificate for the spring. I have been flipping through their pamphlet and having a tough time choosing what service to pick! They have so many!

I think you should just use it now. Sounds like it would come in handy now...

I think I will...I have a gift card to another spa but I use that one for "necessities." I was going to use up that gift card first, but maybe I will change my mind now!

Oh but a nice trip to the Spa might be just what you need to beat the 'Winter blues' and if it's a great experience you can treat yourself to another one in the Spring :)

I guess that is the biggest dilemma...Do I use the gift card all in one shot or break it up?? I was going to use it all at once. It's so pricey there that the card covers one and a half services!

Hmmm. In that case maybe splitting it up would be a good idea, especially if you're not familiar with all the services. That way when you decide to treat yourself on your own dime you'll know what would be the best :)

Good plan! Maybe I'd want a repeat of a certain service!! Hmm...massage or wrap? Maybe I will go for the wrap. My last massage was painful!
