For my next batch of cupcakes, I am going to make peanut butter frosting. I eat the organic stuff, and I don't think it would be the best choice for this frosting... So...what brands do you guys like?? I don't like Kraft smooth peanut butter anymore.

I used to get this stuff called Mike and Ike from a guy. He made it himself (startup business) and sold it at local independent grocery stores. Not sure if it's still around but they used to sell it at Stongs. I don't like peanut butter but that stuff was AWESOME

When you said "Mike and Ike," I started thinking about the candy! I have PB and J every morning on toast when I"m at work, and I love Superstore's organic stuff! It's made from peanuts and nothing else! It's definitely not super creamy, though.

I can't even imagine how rich those cupcakes are going to taste with peanut butter frosting!! LOL I got a cavity just reading that LOL :-)
I don't really have a favorite brand of peanut butter, but regardless of what brand I use, I tend to prefer the crunchy kind :-)
