*L* After I got home from the interview, I sent a thank you e-mail to the recruiter and asked him to pass along my message. Why I didn't ask for the hiring manager's card escapes me. UGH! He wrote back saying, "By all accounts it went well and I will let you know next steps as soon as possible." I wish it was more like "It went so well that we wanted to hire you on the spot, and we're going to cancel all the other interviews!! Send along your references!" *sigh* *fingers crossed*

I think that was a pretty positive response, imagine if you'd gotten no response. OMG that would have driven you crazy, lol.
