I remember the days when traveling with my hubby alone was fun. Oh it still is but, it is fun having good friends along. :) I hope it all works out to everyone's benefit. posted by: FitGirl (reply) post date: 03.21.07 (8:41 am) Did Mr. Nick say why he wanted the company on this trip? I know what you mean, travelling with a group can require a lot of planning. I hope you have a great time! posted by: FitGirl (reply) post date: 03.21.07 (8:41 am) PS... what is OhMiBod? posted by: twitchy (reply) post date: 03.21.07 (9:38 am) Road trips with friends are the best...it's not like u need to share hotel rooms so you still get your alone time, plus there are other things to talk about with other personalities along. Then you can bring your OhMiBod with you and prepare to write a more comprehensive review....bahahaha... posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 03.21.07 (10:09 am) Reply to: LadyG I have traveled with friends before. Either the trip goes really well, or frustrations arise. BWAHAHA posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 03.21.07 (10:10 am) Reply to: doeeyed Thanks! It looks like my friend and her boyfriend have decided to go somewhere more familiar to them. Her boyfriend is extremely uncomfortable with driving in areas he is unfamiliar with. He has no sense of direction. So I guess they are not going to be leaving their comfort zone! posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 03.21.07 (10:12 am) Reply to: FitGirl Mr. Nick thought that having more people on the trip would make it more fun. But now that my friend and her boyfriend aren't coming, the trip will be *much* easier to plan! OhMiBod is a vibrator that vibrates in sync to music from your iPod! Hey, you have an iPod! BWAHAHAA posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 03.21.07 (10:15 am) Reply to: twitchy Road trips with more than a couple is okay. My only worry is making sure everyone is satisfied with all arrangements. posted by: ggirl (reply) post date: 03.22.07 (7:23 am) I was wondering if he thought it would be more fun for *you* if they came and was just being accomodating. posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 03.22.07 (7:51 am) Reply to: ggirl He could have been. It was nice of him to ask if any of my friends might want to come. |
