I bought my own .com back in 2000, and then let it expire when I hadn't done anything with it. I didn't think I'd want it again. But then I did, and found out it had been purchased by someone else. I emailed the owner months ago, and I just heard back. He asked me what I wanted it for, and I told him it was for personal and professional use. He had purchased it for his daughter. But he would be willing to sell it back to me if I could back up what I was saying, and if his daughter was okay with it. I guess I still have a chance! |

I think it's like $35 a year to keep your [dot] com registered? I Can't remember, but it's pretty cheap. I hope I can get it back, but now I have to show him some material first!

I hope I get my [dot] com back, too. I'm glad he is willing to discuss with his daughter what she wants to do with it. I guess I wouldn't be too disappointed if he didn't sell it back to me since he only wants to do good with it!
