I avoid caffeinated beverages, especially coffee, because I'm really sensitive to them! Anyhow, I had a headache this morning, so I figured I'd go have an iced cappuccino. Not only did it not do a thing to help my headache situation, but now I have the shakes! I had the beverage three hours ago. I can bet I won't be falling asleep on the bus going home after work! And I probably won't be sleeping well tonight or tomorrow night! UGH! Actually, I'd better not fall asleep on the bus going home. I need to be able to sleep tonight!! |

How is am iced cap supposed to help a headache? Isn't there more caffiene in the lighter brews of coffee???

Is there?? I heard caffeine was great for migraines, so I thought coffee would help with the headache! Anyway, I don't plan on having another iced cap for the rest of my life! Grody!
