Saturday was a beautiful day. It was a really perfect day to get married. (I'm quite enjoying the sunny crisp September so far, too :)) The ceremony was short and sweet. And I cried. The guy who did my hair was a loser. The makeup artist was great. And my dress didn't look as bad as I remembered. And thank you to whoever invented double-sided tape!! I had schnitzel for the first time in my life. I got tan lines as a result of the days festivities. It was also really breezy at some points. Brrr! The reception ended quite early, so there was a lot of dancing going on. There was a lot of shirtlessness going on, too. (All guys). My feet still hurt. It was a good event! I am glad I participated! (But yes, everything I did in preparation was torturous at times.) |
