I've gotten myself all psyched to get a new camera...I've hated my camera ever since I got it. It's slow and the night shots are horrible! And then I started getting excited about having a new toy even if it's not in my current budget! But I took my camera to the repair shop this morning, and the camera is fine. The guy just forced the shutter open and then after that, everything was good to go. I guess whatever sand was in there dried and loosened up or something. He said to bring it back if I heard any grinding noises. So...I don't *need* a new camera right now! So that is good...I guess...*L* |

What kind of camera do you currently have? What were you thinking of getting??? I couldn't live without my camera!!!!! :) I also want a new one, but I want a nice big SLR kind :)

I have a Canon IXUS400 right now, and I would have gotten the Canon SD900. Actually, I'd love to have a DSLR too, but I think that is definitely out of reach right now!

I'm really pining for a DSLR but it's also way down the line. Not to mention, my camera is nearly new and I still haven't tested all of the features!
