Just a thought.... posted by: bawdy (reply) post date: 11.02.07 (1:59 pm) Why can't you say what site you bought gifts from? I'd take my business elsewhere if asked to prove I was the valid credit card owner. I couldn't use my credit card on the Hallmark site a couple years ago even though I was shipping to a U.S. address. posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 11.02.07 (3:31 pm) Reply to: ggirl *L* well, I guess Stila is just denying themselves of more business. Oh well. posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 11.02.07 (3:32 pm) Reply to: bawdy I don't want to say where I got my stuff from in case Mr. Nick stops by the blog ;-) You wouldn't appreciate a site making sure it was you who was making the order? Apparently, they only do this once. Were you buying greeting cards off a Hallmark Web site?? Some sites don't take international orders at their site but will over the phone or e-mail. Lame. posted by: bawdy (reply) post date: 11.03.07 (1:27 pm) Reply to: rosietulips No, I shop on-line for convenience. I don't need the hassle of having to prove my identity. No, I was buying Harley Davidson merchandise from Hallmark for a friend. I did end up calling them, but there was no way to order from Canada. posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 11.05.07 (3:04 pm) Reply to: bawdy I was hoping my online order would have shipped by now. It needs to be in Washington by Monday! |
