I hope you feel better soon. posted by: Barnabus1 (reply) post date: 11.28.07 (6:19 pm) It sure pays to do a little searching on the net!!! My brother used to go to chiropractors a lot, but I'd never let one touch me!! just a different opinion I guess...don't really have anything against them!! posted by: FinalyFree (reply) post date: 11.28.07 (9:06 pm) Loved the second cartoon, heh! posted by: Fitgirl (reply) post date: 11.29.07 (8:49 am) Nice play on words "give you a pillow"!?! He wanted to "Sell you a pillow". You can get those same pillows elsewhere for way cheaper... I once paid $199 for a pillow and it was SO NOT WORTH IT! Never again will I fall into the expensive pillow trap! ;) LOL posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 11.29.07 (9:58 am) Reply to: wolfen Thanks! I'm so glad the neck pain has subsided. It's still there, though. I wonder how the chiropractor will turn it around and accuse me of doing something to it myself! posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 11.29.07 (9:59 am) Reply to: Barnabus1 I've never liked chiropractors. I thought I would give it one more shot, but after this experience, I will never go to another chiropractor again! posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 11.29.07 (9:59 am) Reply to: FinalyFree I didn't get the third panel about the hairball though...BWAHAHA I liked the second panel best. posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 11.29.07 (10:00 am) Reply to: Fitgirl I used one of those buckwheat husk pillows, and I love them! They offer great support, I can shape it however I want, and they keep my head cool! Pillow shopping is the worst. I hate it! posted by: Twitchy67 (reply) post date: 11.30.07 (9:44 am) Rosie, one of my best friends was a chiropractor (she's retired now), and she always said if a Chiropractor tries to sell you anything or you leave in pain more than twice, run like hell and find one that isn't a weaselly quack. 'Nuff said. posted by: Twitchy67 (reply) post date: 11.30.07 (9:45 am) Speaking of pillows, find yourself a tempur classic pillow. They make the neck support ones too, but I find those uncomfortable...when I got my tempur mattress and my tempur classic pillow, all my neck pain and morning headaches pretty much vanished. Really. posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 11.30.07 (9:52 am) Reply to: Twitchy I didn't trust this chiropractor from day 1! But I figured he was useful, I would put up with his huge ego and awful bedside manner. I tried one of those memory foam pillows and I didn't like it at all. I just use one of those buckwheat husk pillows. They provide great support, and I shape it around my neck! I did do some research on the pillows chiro tried to sell me. They seem okay, but I would never buy it from him! |
