MmmMmmMmm posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 02.14.08 (10:50 am) Reply to: Fitgirl I can't wait to practise more! I need to find a recipe for cheaper frosting though. I don't care even if it's something fake. When I'm better I'll use more natural frostings, too. It's weird to be rinsing off stuff with frosting made from Crisco and not have it dissolve. Gross. posted by: Barnabus1 (reply) post date: 02.14.08 (1:49 pm) Did some e-mails of decorated cakes, some were really fancy looked like a purse with elaborate design on it, even the hasp!! Some looke like really old Bibles, and all kinds of stuff..Soon will be sending Russian decorated cake pics... posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 02.14.08 (1:54 pm) Reply to: Barnabus1 I'm always in awe of beautiful cakes, especially those 3-D ones. (I wonder if their taste matches their looks??) posted by: katz (reply) post date: 02.14.08 (3:13 pm) lol why not make it look like a penis? It would be one I would consider licking bwahahahahaha. Don't fall out of your chair laughing your ass off to this comment. posted by: PirateGirl (reply) post date: 02.14.08 (3:26 pm) LOL! sounds like a great teacher - and a fun class! :D posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 02.14.08 (3:30 pm) Reply to: katz She wanted beehives and not penises! But fat penises are fun, too!! posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 02.14.08 (3:31 pm) Reply to: PirateGirl I am glad I signed up for the cake decorating class! I look forward to having more classes with her! posted by: PirateGirl (reply) post date: 02.14.08 (3:36 pm) Reply to: rosietulips Hope you post more - and maybe some pics too! :) posted by: bawdy (reply) post date: 02.15.08 (11:59 am) Do you get to eat all the cakes you decorate in class afterwards? posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 02.15.08 (1:06 pm) Reply to: PirateGirl Oh, I'll be sure to give those cake updates! I took some pics of my first cake, and those will probably go onto my Flickr account this weekend :-) posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 02.15.08 (1:07 pm) Reply to: bawdy I don't know if I'd want to eat my cakes...BWAHAHA They're made from a cake mix and the frosting seems kind of gross. But they're all edible! I'll probably try pawning everything off -- except the next batch. It'll be cupcakes made from scratch!! posted by: PirateGirl (reply) post date: 02.15.08 (3:09 pm) Reply to: rosietulips YAY! Can't wait to see them! (..mmmmmm, did someone say cupcakes made from scratch?!) :D posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 02.15.08 (3:25 pm) Reply to: PirateGirl Scratch is the only way to make cupcakes!
