I just wrote a post about being attacked by my stay ups and not having a maternal instinct, but tBlog ate my post. I have welts on my legs from wearing stay-ups. I will no longer wear pantyhose. And stockings take too long to put on. I just won't wear stay ups for longer than 12 hours at a time. I met up with T and her newborn and her toddler at the mall today. It was good to see her, but I have no idea how to be a better friend to a parent! |

I always hit ctrl A and then ctrl C before I click on the post button just in case it eats what I wrote. If it does then simply repost and ctrl V........

I love stay-ups. Pantyhose are most definitely a creation which I believe totally misses the point of hosiery (to feel sexy). Pantyhose are as sexy as a non-breathable plastic bag wrapped tightly around the nether regions. I don't understand how they can continue to sell them...I guess some people haven't tried stay-ups!
They make "non-silicone" stay-ups for people who get a rash from them.

Most interesting! I never never paid attention to the elastics before since I'd never had a problem. I guess I never wore them for a full day. Usually I'm paying attention to the actual fragile part!
