That's what my dad's status was when he did his taxes. I hope that's the info my uncle got (he's an accountant and did my dad's taxes) and not something he assumed. I also hope that status is legally binding!

I couldn't sleep last night, and I don't know why. Maybe it's because I haven't worked out since last Thursday (and no workouts this week. Ugh! Having to come in to work early every day this week and having things go on after work leaves me no time for the gym). And then I started reading _Twilight_. I can't put it down! It's pretty well-written and is cheesey in some parts, but very entertaining!
