New trainer
07.16.08 (9:33 pm)   [edit]

I met up with a new trainer yesterday. She gave me a kinetic chain assessment and a hormonal balance test (body fat test). I was going to write all about it, but I am too tired.

I did take out my navel piercing though. I've never really liked it, but I think I just needed an excuse to take it out. The trainer advised me to take out all my body piercings because they make your body hold in toxins. I haven't seen my belly button in a long time. It was weird. I only had my navel piercing for 8 years?!

I am not ready to give up the nipple yet though, but I think that is just a matter of time.

I wonder why ear piercings are okay?

I've never had an urge to pierce any part of my body!

I'm allergic to piercings. I can barely wear jewelry against my skin because I'm allergic to metals. I get horrible rashes from any chains, watches (metal backing), bracelets. Oddly enough I can wear my wedding rings without too much trouble but occasionally they even get irritating on the skin. Gold, silver...even 24 ct. gold didn't work. I think that earrings are okay because the ear is not in a central or core part of the body. It's just a dangly bit. :)

I used to wear (gold) necklaces as a kid, but they often irritated my neck. I hardly wear any jewelry. What kind of material is your wedding ring? Do boobs count as dangly bits?? BWAHAHA I wonder if I should take out my nipple ring.

My wedding rings are 18k white gold. I think that boobs might count as dangly bits on the right person! :)

I can see how piercing you would be fun, not me!
