BWAHAHA posted by: auntconi (reply) post date: 09.22.08 (8:58 pm) isn't it so that the more body fat you lose, the longer it takes to reduce the ratio of body fat you have??? ~ makes sense to me ~ so don't be discouraged that it took three weeks to go down 1% ~ you sound like you are doing a great job ~ and you are NOT serious about the fillings are you??? posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 09.23.08 (8:30 am) Reply to: auntconi Yes! I am mostly serious about the fillings. My trainer and acupuncturist both said something about metals in your body, making it more toxic and stressed out (eventually leading to higher body fat). I have the old school mercury fillings, still, and I have A LOT of them! posted by: bawdy (reply) post date: 09.23.08 (12:13 pm) Reply to: rosietulips I figure the less body fat you have, the happier you will be, so you'll be less likely to whine in your blog. So you see, it's in my best interest to be supportive of your progress! posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 09.23.08 (12:14 pm) Reply to: bawdy I think I need to find more to whine about. I was looking at my BMI. I am still in the overweight range! posted by: auntconi (reply) post date: 09.23.08 (1:34 pm) Reply to: rosietulips Each time the dentist has to replace a filling you lose some of the good tooth to make for a new surface for the filling to grab ~ I'd say that is quite a high price to pay to lose just a miniscule amount of body fat ~ IMHO ~ but to each his/her own. ((hugs)) posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 09.23.08 (1:43 pm) Reply to: auntconi Every time I get a checkup, my dentist checks my fillings, which are probably ~20 years old. They will have to be replaced at some point. In the meantime, there could be mercury leeching into my body! I should probably be worried more about that than body fat! BWAHAHA posted by: auntconi (reply) post date: 09.23.08 (1:54 pm) Reply to: rosietulips Good luck sweetie ~ and you are right about the 'mercury' and all that stuff!!! posted by: bicepfan (reply) post date: 09.23.08 (2:49 pm) I'd like to rip your jeans off... posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 09.23.08 (3:37 pm) Reply to: bicepfan BWAHAHA Go for it! |
