This congestion is KILLING me! Can't sleep. Can't breathe. Can't eat. Anyone have any remedies to clear nasal congestion that doesn't come in pill form?? |

Saline solution is good, you can make your own or buy somr in the little bottles at the drug store, works best if placed in palm of hand and sniffed up.

Thankfully I can breathe today without drugs! I have heard about saline solutions but I can't stand the thought of liquids up my nose.

I can't sleep with a stuffed up nose so I always go with a nasal spray or pill. I hope you can sleep tonight.

I think tonight will be better, thanks. I actually woke up with clear nasal passages! Nasal sprays give me the heebeejeebees. The other night I took a Nyquil and didn't find it very helpful. Chinese herbs are the best thing, I find!!
