All psyched for a day of pampering and it was a mess :( Better luck next time chicklet ;) posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 01.27.09 (2:13 pm) Reply to: FinalyFree Ah well, we wanted to try some place new. At least we'll never be left wondering "what if"? BWAHAHA The shopping afterwards was fun. All in all, it was a good day anyhow! posted by: Ladyg (reply) post date: 01.27.09 (3:39 pm) You really need to write them a letter, that is uncalled for. posted by: barnabus1 (reply) post date: 01.28.09 (6:18 pm) I agree with ladyG they can't improve if they don't know something is wrong! Don't be super critical, just a nice critique!! Add that offering something to drink would be nice!! clue them in a bit!! posted by: judypatooote (reply) post date: 01.29.09 (7:58 am) While waiting in line to pay, next time grab a bunch of the items that they sell, have a whole arm full, and I'll bet they will fall over each other to wait on you.....then put them on the counter and tell them you changed your mind.....and pay your bill.....I'll bet that will work.....LOL judy posted by: Trina (reply) post date: 01.29.09 (9:32 am) If everyone that comes in there is treated that way, they won't last long. What a bummer. posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 01.29.09 (9:37 am) Reply to: barnabus1 I don't even know the best way to contact them is. I'd rather send an email but there isn't one at their Web site. You can only phone! I'm not really interested in being that direct! posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 01.29.09 (9:38 am) Reply to: judypatooote Good idea! I could see them all in a panic. The girl got all flustered when my friend and I were trying to pay for 3 services on two different bills. The makeup artist was keeping an eye out for her and asked if her if everything was okay. posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 01.29.09 (9:38 am) Reply to: Trina I'm sure there will be lots of suckers going there to try it out just because they are located in the most high-end department store! |
