I got a rash on my inner upper arms yesterday. I have no idea from what -- working out?? They're kind of itchy. |

I just hope I don't get the rash again. It's still here. The only thing I can think of is getting a rash from working out...with the sweat and fabric and my skin.
It's definitely not deodorant because I don't use it!

Hmmm ok - was thinking it might be from something different that you used...maybe the fabric of your shirt? is it a new shirt maybe?

It's not a new shirt, which is the weird thing. But it take me a long time before I washed it last. But to have the rash on both inner arms only?? So weird.
