I had another fantastic, i.e., fun and challenging, workout with my trainer this morning. My legs feel like they're made of lead. And I could so go for a nap. The window cleaners are outside, and I'm on the 11th floor. I know I could never be a window cleaner for high rises!! I'd throw up and fall! |

I'm not afraid of heights, but to get too high and on shaky footing...no thanks!! they earn their pay!! You don't make a tblurt when you post!! instead of being easy to find...one has to hunt you down!!....but your worth it!!
