Like your love cards...pretty vague! posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 05.12.09 (2:00 pm) Reply to: bawdy Well, it's up to the reader or yourself to use intuition to determine what the cards mean! I was into a specific tarot deck a long time ago, and I got frustrated. I just leave it to the pros. But choosing one card a day is not so bad...they can give me something to focus on. I was all set to buy another deck until I looked at my latest credit card statement. *siiiiiiiigh* posted by: bawdy (reply) post date: 05.13.09 (11:09 am) Reply to: rosietulips How much does a deck cost? posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 05.13.09 (11:29 am) Reply to: bawdy Tarot cards are about $20/deck. But it turns out I miscalculated my bills! I can afford a little something, but I still want to save money! I'd get a pendulum before getting more tarot cards. YEAH! posted by: bawdy (reply) post date: 05.14.09 (12:42 pm) Reply to: rosietulips Twenty bucks is peanuts! posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 05.16.09 (9:12 am) Reply to: bawdy Wow, you actually can buy a pendulum for $20! But I ended picking one up for $42. It's been fun so far! posted by: bawdy (reply) post date: 05.16.09 (12:59 pm) I don't know what you mean by a pendulum..something you use for exercising? posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 05.17.09 (7:45 am) Reply to: bawdy No, the pendulum is more for dowsing. It's a pointy thing at the end of a chain. You dangle the chain and can ask it questions. The answer lies in the direction it moves! posted by: bawdy (reply) post date: 05.17.09 (1:28 pm) Reply to: rosietulips Have you tried a Ouija board? It sounds like the same principle. posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 05.19.09 (10:27 am) Reply to: bawdy I just gave my Ouija board to a yard sale. Ouija boards are creepy! Sometimes weird things happen with them. Pendulums use your own energy. posted by: bawdy (reply) post date: 05.19.09 (1:32 pm) Reply to: rosietulips I heard Oujia boards can be dangerous. I'd freak if something supernatural appeared. posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 05.19.09 (2:01 pm) Reply to: bawdy I would freak out too if something supernatural appeared! Best to stay away from Ouija boards in case you invite something unpleasant to join you! |
