When I go to my group meditation and hypnosis sessions, we always start and end the night by drawing a card from different tarot decks. Lately, I have been drawing a lot of cards about love. Why???? I need something more specific! Do I need to be more loving, will I become more loving, is more love coming my way, who loves me?? But I think it is neat that I draw cards with the same themes no matter what deck I am using. One day it was about psychic ability. Another day it was about being part of a team. Last night I was looking at old mementos, and there were things from people I had no recollection of -- zilch...not a clue. And then there were things from people that brought up fond memories of. I wish I was still in touch with some of them. They brought me back to a place of happier times. But then again, I am happy these days, too. This is happiness I haven't experienced in a really long time. Hurrah! Sleep would make me very happy right now, too! |

Hmmm..I've never had a reading from tarot cards and am not sure I believe in them. Like your love cards...pretty vague!

Well, it's up to the reader or yourself to use intuition to determine what the cards mean! I was into a specific tarot deck a long time ago, and I got frustrated. I just leave it to the pros. But choosing one card a day is not so bad...they can give me something to focus on.
I was all set to buy another deck until I looked at my latest credit card statement. *siiiiiiiigh*

Tarot cards are about $20/deck. But it turns out I miscalculated my bills! I can afford a little something, but I still want to save money! I'd get a pendulum before getting more tarot cards. YEAH!

I don't know what you mean by a pendulum..something you use for exercising?

No, the pendulum is more for dowsing. It's a pointy thing at the end of a chain. You dangle the chain and can ask it questions. The answer lies in the direction it moves!

I just gave my Ouija board to a yard sale. Ouija boards are creepy! Sometimes weird things happen with them. Pendulums use your own energy.

I would freak out too if something supernatural appeared! Best to stay away from Ouija boards in case you invite something unpleasant to join you!
