Danger ahead! Danger ahead!
05.13.09 (2:34 pm)   [edit]

It's dangerous for me to peruse any retail websites carrying cooking gadgets!! Seriously! I'd love to get a yogurt maker and a nut grinder and a whole assortment of unnecessary cooking/baking/decorating utensils!!

There is a store here called Gourmet Warehouse that I have totally avoided. I hear it carries a lot of cool things for the kitchen. Many people have told me that I would probably like that store. I bet they are right. That's why I must not set foot in it!!!

Only go in when you feel like indulging yourself, you deserve it, you work hard.
A yogurt maker would be nice to have.

A yogurt maker and a nut grinder? Go ahead, because those are two items that surely no one can live without! Seriously, I did not know there was such thing as a yogurt maker. I love yogurt. It is part of my daily diet. My yogurt comes from the supermarket, and usually the store brand, and usually the selections with low sugar. But the fact you actually can make your own yogurt slipped my attention. My wife is very much into doing things naturally, and so I will ask her about this. Theres the possibility even that she owns one of these machines, hdden deeply within a closet and having not seen light in 20 years.

Nut grinder? We call that a hammer.

Really! Natural is very exciting! I believe you can also make your own yogurt even with the yogurt maker, but I think it's just faster with the machine. It's all about keeping the temperature consistent! I have an ice-cream maker, too, but I think ice-cream has just a few more calories than yogurt?!

initial investment of a small packet of plain yogurt
2.boil a packet of milk say 1/2 a litre
3.take 3 tea spoons and add to the milk which would have been cooled downed
keep in a place where its warm
