I think there is a website too where people can complain about shoddy business practices, but I can't recall the name. posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 07.16.09 (1:40 pm) Reply to: bawdy I had thought about writing to the local paper. I wasn't sure if letters and opinions could only pertain to the stories in the paper! posted by: Ladyg (reply) post date: 07.17.09 (12:01 am) That is really bad business. posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 07.17.09 (10:01 am) Reply to: Ladyg I know! I wonder how long that particular Gold's Gym is going to stay in business... posted by: bawdy (reply) post date: 07.17.09 (12:23 pm) Reply to: rosietulips I'd think letters to the editor would apply to any topic that might be of interest to the community. posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 07.17.09 (1:09 pm) Reply to: bawdy At what point might I say become slanderous?? posted by: bawdy (reply) post date: 07.18.09 (12:18 pm) Reply to: rosietulips As long as you stick to the facts and don't give them anything to dispute they'd have no grounds to sue. You could just warn people about how difficult it was to be reimbursed. posted by: sakins (reply) post date: 08.10.09 (8:24 am) What is Victors' last name? I have a secious letter to send to him. posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 08.10.09 (10:03 am) Reply to: sakins Unfortunately I don't know Victor's last name, and it wasn't in the BBB complaint. You could just phone head office to ask? posted by: Another disgruntled golds gym member (reply) post date: 10.02.09 (3:37 am) His last name is Newman posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 10.02.09 (10:26 am) Reply to: Another disgruntled golds gym member Thanks. He responded very quickly my BBB complaint and then he tried to pin it on accounting that they were in error and then let go. What a crock. posted by: (reply) post date: 11.19.09 (9:55 am) Victor newman is a liar and crook. He wlll make every excuse to rip you off.
