I guess I was involved with both guys in the past. I dated Wilf for a month in 1997 of so when we first met, and then he didn't want to date me. We never dated again but have remained close friends. The other guy...we weren't really involved. We were just attracted to each other, but eventually grew apart. We don't even know each other anymore... posted by: lynne (reply) post date: 06.19.04 (9:16 am) I have a similar situation going on in my life. My freind's new wife has pretty much forbidden him to have anyhting to do with me including sending emails. *shrug* There isnt much a person can do about that. posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 06.19.04 (12:00 pm) Reply to: lynne The wife of your friend is sure asking for a lot, then! For me, I want him to have a marriage, and if it means I have to stay out of his life...then that's what I have to do. But on the other hand, it's like "Thanks a lump..." *L* posted by: lynne (reply) post date: 06.19.04 (12:16 pm) Reply to: rosietulips My feelings are more selfish I think. I mean, I want my friend to be happy but since apparently being happy for him means that the wife and I get along and since she is being kind of mean to me, I think I'll just stay out of his life for my own good ;) |
