I really like hearing it...until it's about me!! The circle of friends with whom I went to Vegas...everyone talks about everyone else behind their backs. I listen to it, and then I feel compelled to share it - sometimes with people in the circle. But then I just shut up. Too many hurt feelings abound, I think. But I am working on getting some info from buddy. The news is I paid special favours to get my airfare covered for my trip :x I wrote an article, and that was ALL! |

Oh dear. Gossip can be fun until one is the object of it. Well, even then it can be fun. I used to do gossip experiements where I would make a rumor about myself and then time how long it would take for everyone to know about it. What was funny was that no matter how outrageous I made the initial rumor, it would always end up WORSE than when it started. Also, I did it so much that when real rumors circulated about me, no one believed them. ;) -thingsiknow
