And I got gifts! It was awkard at first when Stef got to the restaurant although the awkwardness dissipated at the end of the night. (Thumbs down to him for calling up Paula to whine and complain about me before dinner.) However, the smothering has commenced again! He already asked me if I wanted to join him and his family for dinner tonight and about taking me out for my birthday on Monday. I thought I could train him by giving positive reinforcement, but no. That didn't work. Before all the invitations, I said to him, "thanks for not being my shadow last night," which means...space is good!! Keep up the good work!! It does not mean...phew! One night of space! Now we can go back to before! |

It's interesting that you would post a plant picture. I think I get what you are saying, but not why you are saying it.
It's not that I'm rushing out to post a picture of me without shrubbery. Perhaps it's self-confidence. Perhaps it's that my picture has little relevance to my writing. Perhaps it's a sense of anyonymity. I don't know. Or maybe I do.

There was no hidden message in the pic...I just like that one because I was having a good time when the pic was being taken :) I used to stay more anonymous on the 'net, but at some (electronic) places I'm more relaxed.
