You got my attention with nipples (I have my own, but I'm sure yours are nicer) but lost me with cartoons. Everybody should have a favorite cartoon.

Actually, I find that one hard too. Call me a hypocrite.

When I was a kid, people asked me what my favorite color was. I said blue. I was expected to have a favorite color. Yet I could not imagine living in an all blue world, or painting my walls blue, and getting a blue carpet, and all blue clothing. I prefer variety.

There are cartoons that I really enjoy. I probably haven't watched Bugs Bunny in a long time and would get bored if I did all day, but it was good when growing up. The last feature cartoon I saw that I really liked was Spirited Away.

People change over time and have new things to say. It's hard for me to get tired of a good person. There are always things to talk about. But with cartoons or music or art, they represent a moment in time. It may be a very special one, and therefore well worth talking about. But to me, favorite implies a committment that's harder for me to make. Rather than saying that a cartoon was my favorite, I'd rather say that I liked it and leave it at that.
